We're Hiring: ETL Developer

Location: Ortigas | Full-Time | Onsite - 100%

Are you passionate about data and transforming it into actionable insights? We are looking for a skilled ETL Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in building and optimizing data pipelines that power business decisions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines using tools like Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or equivalent.
  • Extract data from various sources and load it into data warehouses, data lakes, or other storage systems.
  • Work closely with Data Analysts, Engineers, and Business Teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure reliability, performance, and data accuracy.
  • Implement data quality, validation, and error-handling routines.
  • Optimize performance of ETL processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Maintain proper documentation for ETL processes, data flows, and architecture.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in ETL development or data engineering roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or open-source alternatives.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
