DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Implements, encodes, records, controls and monitors related activities for inbound and outbound transactions.

  2. Ensures policies, procedures and complete documentation of all stocks movement are properly implemented.

  3. Ensures no documents-no stock movements.

  4. Ensures 100% compliance of FIFO or FEFO as per client requirement base on their system.

  5. Ensures that all nonconforming products (damaged/expired) are reported, labeled and segregated.

  6. Coordinates and follows-up disposition to function concerned and must prepares Exception Report to client for deviation.

  7. Prepares and updates ABC classification of stocks as basis for Daily IRA.

  8. Initiates daily cycle count and reconciles with client.

  9. Analyze and explains variances immediately and sends on-time report to Depot Manager regularly.

  10. Participates on the Quarterly physical inventory and reconciles with Client.

  11. Prepares, review, ensures accurateness, maintains and sends the following daily reports to client.

8.1 Daily Issuance and Receipt Monitoring Report

8.2 Receiving and Deviation Monitoring Report

8.3 Insufficient Stocks Report

8.4 Key Performance Indicators

8.5 Product Ageing (Weekly or as per client's requirement).

  1. Assist the company on processes and warehouse personnel performance analysis and recommends

for improvement and attainment of objectives.

  1. Performs other tasks that may assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Qualifications

· Male / Female

· College graduate of any course with equivalent 1 year work experience

· Knowledge and experience in SAP application is an advantage
