Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 years course.
- Must be computer literate.
- Have at least 2-3 years' experience in production industry preferably in recording / inventory management.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge in Quality and Food Safety Management System, GMP, SSOP, HACCP, Corporate Environmental, Safety and Health Policy and Preventive Maintenance.
- Good Communication Skills both oral and written.
- Close attention to details.
Job Description:
The Inventory Analyst is responsible for receiving, checking and recording shipments with raw materials and prepare accurate record of all the products in storage or warehouse. You must also check the products before loading and unloading to make sure they match the orders and all the contents are intact and not damaged.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily updating of inventory reports and monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records or database of poultry and meat inventory, returns, reprocessing and aging report.
- Ensure timely and daily sending of Daily Finish Goods Inventory (DFGI) to SMFI and OpPlan as basis for issuance allocation.
- Daily or regular checking of Actual Inventory versus SAP inventory.
- Reconcile discrepancy, stocks related issues and Physical Inventory Difference (PID) variances.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and manufacturing regarding inventory status and any issues that may arise related to inventory.
- Daily monitoring and updating of incoming and outgoing transactions.
- Generate accurate reports related to inventory.
- Creation of reprocessing and evaluation requests of products.
- Monitoring and verification of PID count activity and data.
- Follow company rules and regulations.
