JOB DESCRIPTION:
Technical Support to End-Users
- Provide technical support to end-users by resolving issues related to emails, phone systems, network connectivity, storage, and other IT devices.
- Prepare necessary equipment and materials on time for business unit virtual meetings and other events.
- Conduct PC resets/reformats as needed, including data backup and restoration.
- Assist end-users with applications used by the business unit (e.g., OneHR, SAP, OneApp).
- Deliver technical support via chat, calls, messaging platforms, and remote desktop tools.
IT Operations (Timely Technical Resolution and Server Management)
- Log technical concerns/issues into the ticketing system or any available platform.
- Ensure the timely provision of IT-related requirements for employees (e.g., URF creation, AD/email account setup, vendor payroll setup, PC setup, attendance enrollment, IT policy orientation, and form inventory).
- Maintain and update the IT asset inventory and database.
- Assist in maintaining 99.9% systems and applications uptime.
- Manage procurement of IT-related materials, including timely creation of MSRs, IOMs (if needed), and ticket submissions for purchasing IT services or equipment.
- Perform quarterly inventory counts to maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory.
IT Projects and Initiatives
- Assist in the delivery and implementation of IT projects such as SAP, CMMS, GIS, WUMS, website development, Intranet systems, endpoint security, CCTV, and other platforms.
- Co-lead the execution of enterprise-wide and/or business unit-wide IT projects and initiatives.
Systems Security
- Assist in the daily monitoring of firewall logs and bandwidth usage on network aggregators (secondary support role).
- Support the promotion and implementation of information security awareness programs, IT policy dissemination, and related communications.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in IT technical support, IT operations, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting, hardware/software installation, and technical issue resolution.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, CMMS, and other business applications.
- Basic understanding of systems security, firewalls, and network monitoring.
- Proficiency in remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently or in a team environment.
- WILLING TO WORK IN PASIG CITY.
- WILING TO START ASAP.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
