Job Summary:

The Content Writer / Copywriter is responsible for creating compelling and creative content across various platforms while adhering to brand guidelines. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for storytelling, capable of producing high-quality promotional copies, scripts, and articles that engage audiences and support marketing objectives. The ideal candidate collaborates with the creative team to develop content that drives brand visibility and thought leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

Copies and Captions:

  • Write engaging copy and captions for social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Produce at least 70 marketing materials per month, maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Spiels and Advisories:

  • Craft informative and persuasive spiels and advisories for internal and external communications.

Creatives:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and write innovative content for campaigns and projects.

Radio Ads:

  • Script radio advertisements that resonate with the target audience and align with brand objectives.

LinkedIn Articles:

  • Produce well-researched and insightful articles to showcase the brand's expertise and thought leadership.

Website Articles:

  • Develop SEO-friendly articles that engage readers, drive website traffic, and enhance online presence.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in publishing or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of promotional strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Passionate about writing and staying updated on industry trends.

Performance Commitment:

  • Create copies and captions for at least 40 Facebook and Instagram materials per month (Meta ads).
  • Write at least 2 short-form website articles per month [tentative].
  • Produce copies for internal marketing requests and various campaigns, including SMS translations, riders campaigns, holiday UGC, and other project-related initiatives.
  • Prepare weekly New Store Alerts (NSA) lists and corresponding campaign copies (e.g., My eTap Awareness Campaign).
  • Write 4 Google ad copies per month.
  • Monitor website data and schedule Story/My Day posts for eTap Cares.

Digital Marketing Unit (DMU) Collaboration:

  • Ideate and prepare monthly page-like campaign copies.
  • Attend to urgent copy requests as needed.
  • Prepare weekly end-of-week reports for DMU.
  • Produce copies and captions for Facebook and Instagram organic content, TipTalk, advisories, and additional requests.
