JOB DESCRIPTION

* Provide legal advice and support to senior management on banking-related issues, including regulatory compliance, risk management, corporate governance, contracts, and litigation.

* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.

Review, draft, and negotiate banking agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.

* Manage relationships with external legal counsel and advisors.

Stay informed about changes in banking laws and regulations and advise senior management on their implications for the company.

* Conduct legal research and analysis to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.

* Collaborate with other departments to address legal issues and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and with an active membership in good standing with the Bar.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lawyer, with a background in banking and financial services (preferred but not required).

* Strong knowledge of banking laws and regulations.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Proven ability to provide strategic legal advice and counsel in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

* Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.

* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
