JOB DESCRIPTION/ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Should have a strong Architectural Design and Construction knowledge and background.
  • Able to read/ prepare schematic drawings, construction drawings. Can prepare 1:10 to 1:5 detailed drawings.
  • 3D BIM Modelling strongly required, able to coordinate using BIM 360 or ACC.
  • Willing to work overtime during crucial schedule and able to complete the task when required.
  • Well verse in using Autocad and produce concise quility drawings.
  • Should be willing to work both in HQ and Site Office for the duration of the project requirement.
  • Should have strong confidence when required to explain and speak in a large meeting environment.
  • Should have a strong Regulation knowledge, NBC, BFP, NPC, BP344 etc. Willing to learn more during work.
  • Knows how to read Architectural, Mechanical, Sanitary, Fire, Structural and Civil Drawing and able to spot errors or mistakes.
  • Design Development - Plan and develop Architectural Design from Concept to detailed Drawings and 3D.
  • Compliance - Ensure all design adhere to building codes, regulation and design briefs and quality design.
  • Technical Coordination - Liaise with Engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure design and constructability.
  • Creative Skills - Strong Design Sense, Creativity, problem solving skills, and right positive attitude towards work.
  • Research - Able to stay ahead on the industry trends and adopt to changing Architecture and Construction technology.

QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architechture. License is an advantage.
  • Well verse in Autocad, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop and other 3D and BIM tools. Good Rendering, material sense and presentation skills.
  • Able to draw detail in BIM, Sketchup, CAD and it's a plus to have strong hand sketch skills.
  • Certification of technical courses is a plus.
  • Able to handle/ involved in different projects on a same timeline.
  • Confident and can articulate well during meetings and discussion.
  • Can work Independently and also can be a strong team player.
  • Able to start immediately when confirmed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
