Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (with Master's degree is preferred).
• Certified Public Accountant (preferably but not required)
• Several years of experience in progressively responsible financial and accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Description:

• Shall prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Shall ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to top management.
• Shall establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Shall oversee internal and external audits, including coordination with auditors and addressing audit findings.
• Shall develop and manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Shall monitor and report on budget variances and financial performance against targets.
• Shall conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Shall assist in decision-making by providing financial data and analysis.
• Shall ensure compliance with all tax obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Shall stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
• Shall monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's liquidity needs are met.
• Shall make recommendations for investment or financing decisions.
• Shall manage and lead the accounting department, including performance evaluation.
• Shall delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure their effective performance.
• Shall oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and accounting software.
• Shall ensure the efficient use of technology to streamline accounting processes.
• Shall identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Shall implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• Shall negotiate favorable terms with financial institutions.
• Shall perform justifiable duties and other functions that may be assigned by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
