About the role

Our company is seeking an experienced Vault Manager to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. As Vault Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the secure storage and transportation of valuable assets for our clients. This full-time position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of security and compliance.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the daily operations of the vault, ensuring the proper handling, storage, and transportation of client assets
  2. Develop and implement security protocols to protect the integrity of the vault and its contents
  3. Supervise and train a team of vault attendants, ensuring they adhere to established procedures
  4. Liaise with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor the vault services accordingly
  5. Maintain meticulous records of all transactions and inventory, and prepare detailed reports as required
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and risk management, to optimise vault operations
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a vault management or similar role within the security or logistics industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully leading a team and implementing effective security measures
  3. Strong understanding of cash handling, inventory management, and record-keeping procedures
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
  5. Proficient in the use of relevant security and management software
  6. Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions in emergency situations
  7. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and customer service
