The position is responsible in the timely and accurate settlement of financial obligations of all subsidiaries. It accounts all collections and deposit of the same to banks. It is responsible on the custody of petty cash funds ensuring availability of funds for the cash requirement of the operating units served.

Essential Functions:

  1. Settlement of financial obligation of all Subsidiaries

  2. Receive, review, validate and pay approved bills.

  3. Print checks
  4. Endorse check to Finance Supervisor for review and approval and forward to Signatories for signature.
  5. Segregate and arrange stamped paid checks according to subsidiary and ready for release.
  6. Prepared deposit slips on checks to transfer.

  7. Release funded checks; coordinates with Finance Officer

  8. Account all Collections

  9. Account all collections received, and deposit intact in the vault at the end of the day.

  10. Accounts all collections (cash packs) remitted by Accounts in the vault by the Managers and collectors
  11. Prepare Transmittal of all collections for deposit to or pick-up by banks.

  12. Update post -dated checks.

  13. Month-End Closing

  14. Ensures all entries for the month are booked in NS System

  15. Balance Sheet Accounts

  16. Reconcile all assigned accounts (Undeposited Funds, Petty Cash Funds, Cash on hand)

  17. Coordinate with AR Analysts on unrecorded bank credits
  18. Submit Balance Sheet Review report every deadline in the month.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
