Roving Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Roving Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations across multiple mall branches, ensuring excellent customer service, proper merchandising, and consistent brand standards for kids' apparel and baby essentials. This role provides support to store teams, monitors performance, and ensures smooth and efficient retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to mall branches to monitor operations and overall store performance.
• Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
• Support and supervise store teams, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with store staff regarding sales targets, inventory needs, and promotional activities.
• Ensure stocks are accurate, properly displayed, and replenished as needed.
• Handle customer concerns, operational issues, and mall-related requirements.
• Prepare reports on store performance, staffing concerns, and operational observations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, mall rules, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in retail supervision (preferably in kids' apparel, baby products, or related category).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in store operations, visual merchandising, and basic inventory management.
• Willing to travel and rove across multiple mall locations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as required.
• With supervisory experience in consignor
• Knowledge in apparel industry is preferred
• Must be willing to work with less supervision
• Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
