Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Engagement Associate to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for all inbound leads generated through paid social media, search engine advertising, and website inquiries. Your primary goal is to efficiently engage, prequalify, and route high-quality leads to our sales team, ensuring a seamless and effective lead management process that drives conversions and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Outreach & Engagement:

Promptly contact all inbound leads from paid social media campaigns, search engine ads, and the company website.
- Prequalification:

Assess each lead's needs, budget, timeline, and level of interest to determine their potential fit and readiness to buy.
- Lead Management:

Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions, qualification status, and next steps within the CRM system.
- Qualification Criteria Enforcement:

Ensure that only qualified leads are forwarded to the sales team, following established qualification protocols.
- Seamless Handover:

Effectively endorse and transfer validated leads to sales representatives for follow-up, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Follow-up & Nurturing:

Where appropriate, conduct initial follow-ups to nurture potential clients and gather additional information.
- Reporting & Analysis:

Create and maintain weekly leads reports to track progress, qualification statuses, and campaign effectiveness.
- Update Follow-ups:

Regularly follow up with sales team members to receive updates regarding the status of handed-over leads and their progress.
- Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality, understand campaign performance, and develop best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead qualification or customer outreach preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, personable approach.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of leads efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital advertising tools.
  • Ability to quickly assess and prioritize leads based on set criteria.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and search engine marketing (Google Ads).
  • Experience working with lead management or CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing funnels and processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve outreach strategies.
