About the role

Kings Manpower Cooperative is seeking a talented and motivated Service Centre Staff to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Service Centre Staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued clients. What you'll be doing

  • Providing efficient and professional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation
  • Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of client appointments and meetings
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of innovative solutions

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably within the Client & Sales Administration industry
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or administrative support is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic data entry proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
