JOB SUMMARY:

As a Sales Admin Assistant for Roadsky, you will be responsible for office management and a full range of administrative and clerical support for the Sales Team, handling coordination functions both internally and externally.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provides full range of administrative and clerical support such as answering calls, handling inquiries, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendar of activities and arranging meetings and travel arrangements

  • Responsible for organizing and coordinating matters for the Sales Manager making the necessary follow-up with other Line Managers of the organization both locally and internationally

  • Provides necessary assistance to Sales Department as far as securing needed documents, signatures and other needed information/support from the Sales Manager.

  • Provide secretarial and clerical assistance to the Assistant General Manager

  • Check the weekly itinerary reports of sales engineers and encode their contact reports on the server

  • Confirm itinerary reports submitted by sales engineers through random calling to their clients

  • Gather daily sales itinerary and life 360 activity and report it to GM, Sales Manager and HR

  • Prepare and confirm Sales Attendance every cut-off and submit to HR

  • Perform and monitor brochures distribution to all sales engineers. Request new stocks to GM if needed.

  • Manage the AGM schedule, making appointments and meetings

  • Prepare/Draft reports, memos and letters

  • Make travel arrangement and hotel accommodation for Sales Department

  • Assist in preparation of documents for engagements (e.g. formatting, proofreading, binding, courier, sending for digital signature, archiving)

  • Perform other administrative tasks and activities assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course

  • With at least 3 years of experience as Executive Assistant and/or Admin. Previous experience with handling/doing organizational structure is an advantage.

    Special Skills: Must be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace (Google Sheet, Slide, and Docs) and with excellent communication skills.
