  1. Monitor operational and environmental compliance parameters of 24 hours operation of STP system, including but not limited to:

a. STP process (Feeding, Aeration, Settling, Decanting).

b. Functionality of gauges, motors, blowers, exhaust fans, pumps, electrical supply, and electrical devices (circuit breaker, switches, magnetic contactor and PLC).

c. Leak detection of STP pipes.

d. Compliance conditions indicated in Discharge Permit and LLDA Clearance.

e. Effluent standard parameters such as PH, Temperature, BOD, COD, Chloride, Color, DO, Nitrate, Phosphate, TSS, Ammonia, Surfactant, Oil & Grease, and Fecal Coliform.

f. Sludge characteristic such as color, type and level.

  1. Submit daily and monthly report to Facility Manager.

  2. Report any health and safety, and environmental incidents to Facility Manager and PCO.

  3. Coordinate and report to Facility Manager on any ACTION LEVEL and CRITICAL LEVEL parameters.

  4. Coordinate and report to Facility Manager on any visit from DENR, LLDA or any LGU.

  5. Conduct regular preventive maintenance for STP system, including but not limited to:

a. Daily cleaning of STP area.

b. Daily checking and inspection of mechanical, electrical and plumbing parts.

c. Daily cleaning and removal of accumulated solid debris in bar screen of EQT.

d. Daily measurement of electrical and mechanical parameters.

  1. Conduct corrective and breakdown maintenance for STP system.

  2. Conduct daily chemical treatment dosing for STP system.

  3. Conduct inventory and request replenishment of chemicals for treatment.

  4. Assist the following during activity in STP:

a. TPC HSES, Retail Compliance and Engineering

b. FLC HSES and Engineering

c. Recommended TPC vendor for STP repair

d. Recommended TPC vendor for STP chemical treatment

e. DENR and LLDA

Qualification:

1 Graduate of any Engineering Course or Technical vocational course

2 Minimum 2 years experience in Wastewater Treatment Plant operation and maintenance in gas station, manufacturing plant or mall.

3 Minimum 2 years experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and motor control.

4 Minimum 2 years experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of pumps and motors.

5 Skills in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Outlook, and Power point.

6 PCO trained with certificate (valid or expired)

7 BOSH or COSH trained with certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
