  • Full-Cycle HR Management: Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and payroll administration

  • Payroll & Compliance: Manage accurately and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, PAGIBIG, & other statutory requirements

  • Labor Relations: Handle DOLE Claims, employee grievances, and disciplinary processes with professionalism & fairness, ensuring compliance with Philippine Labor Law

  • HR Policies & Processes: Develop, update, & enforce HR Policies and procedures aligned with company values and regulatory requirements

  • Onboarding & Orientation: Design and implement a smooth and engaging onboarding process

  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Implement initiatives to foster employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in managerial role

  • Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Practices

  • Proven track record of running end to end HR operations (payroll, benefits, labor compliance, and DOLE Claims) in the Philippines

  • With excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills

Pay: From Php25,000 per month
