What You'll Do (Your Mission)

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our manufacturing team, responsible for operating, programming, and troubleshooting . The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
  • Keep detailed records for equipment and procedures.
  • Supervise machines as they run and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ability to interpret and perform the actual layout based on the design drawing.
  • Overseeing projects from design to implementation, ensuring they are completed on time. Identifying and analyzing problems, developing potential solutions, and choosing the most effective approach.
  • Taking ownership of decisions and being responsible for their outcomes.
  • Responsible for identifying and resolving issues with electrical systems and equipment.
  • Review and validate plans, drawings, and project specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements and scope.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: BS Electrical Engineering or any related course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • PRC license is a plus but not required

Experience:

  • -Or atleast 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Fiberglass industry with strong exposure in handling various CNC machines.
  • Must be Physically fit
  • Highly goal-driven and work-well in fast-paced environments
  • Meticulous, positive working attitude, high level of initiative
  • Ability to understand basic operations, manuals and equipment/facilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel to rural and off-grid regions for site visits as needed.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS office (e.g,. word, excel, outlook)
  • Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD and other computer-aided software
  • Basic Programming Skills.
  • Familiar with MS-DOS and other operating systems.
  • Basic Operation and troubleshooting of CNC Machine.
