Customer Service Representative - Blended Account
Location:20th JMT Corporate Condominium Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines
Set-up: Full onsite during training and nesting; hybrid thereafter, depending on the process familiarization
Shift: 9PM-6AM Monday-Friday
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Process the repair, parts, and labor quotation to potential client customers.
- Gather and analyze data for potential customers and create reports for the client.
- Conduct research for services, repairs, and parts from different online sources.
- Update/create databases based on the research done.
- Meet the target goal per day/week/month set by the client.
Minimum Requirement Qualifications
Key Skills:
- Knowledge in Automotive Repair/Car Dealership is a plus but not required
- Experience with voice, email, and chat support
- Autozone, OReilly, IMC, and Autodata (online car parts research tools)
- High degree of integrity - handling of sensitive information e.g. credit card details
- High degree of flexibility- be able to adjust to different work circumstances as the client sees fit
- High ability to self-learn - given the dynamic tasks plus ad hoc tasks where no proper training is given by the client
- Interest in Technology and its emerging line of businesses.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's/College degree in any field
- At least three (3) years of CSR experience in automotive accounts is an advantage
- SME Level of experience is also an advantage
