Facilitate Employee Training and Development. Manage individual and team scorecard per month. Monitor, assess, and provide feedback about employee's performance.
Provide ongoing guidance to employees through coaching and mentoring. Conduct performance appraisals regularly and participate in annual reviews. Develop and implement PIP if performance is not adequate.
Approve and monitor daily team attendance. Oversee and support staff activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy of output. Support and drive employee engagement and CSR initiatives.
Conflict / Crisis ManagementRegularly review employee needs. Help, discuss, evaluate, and resolve personal and work issues among team members. Inform and monitor employees during crises or disasters.
Inform the manager of team situations and recommend solutions. ReportingSubmit regular operation performance reports to local leadership. Generate monthly performance updates for BU stakeholders.
Update reports as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Operational and Process ManagementUnderstand the business to monitor work accuracy, develop people, and improve processes. Develop and implement support plans for department operations.
Review, develop, and implement process improvements and departmental goals. Conduct monthly operations reviews and execute action plans. Manage multiple processes or work functions concurrently.
Monitor and manage team workload and assignments. Drive initiatives for process improvement and efficiency. Manage corrective actions and support compliance activities.
Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any field. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes. Understanding of complex system support environments. Effective communication, active listening, technical writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to develop positive stakeholder relationships. Collaborative team player. Must be in current role for 1 year.
