Job Title: Asset Lifecycle Associate I

About the Role:

The Asset Lifecycle Associate I is a vital member of our team, responsible for processing deal placement and post-trade functions to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

This role will manage transaction workflows, act as a point of escalation, and contribute to the strategic objectives of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workflow Management: Supervise workflow to prevent bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization by assessing work allocation.
  • Point of Escalation: Act as a point of escalation for supervisors, providing support during high-volume days and monitoring error logs.
  • Transaction Execution: Execute transactions for hedge funds, mutual funds, and private equities, ensuring adherence to controls and prompt escalation of risk items.
  • Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor supervisors, conduct staff meetings, and develop team performance to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Update SOPs and SLAs, ensuring compliance with audit regulations and maintaining documentation accuracy.
  • Team Projects: Manage team projects, implement strategic objectives, and align operations with global standards.
  • Internal Collaboration: Engage with internal business lines and external auditors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Quality Assurance: Focus on team deliverables and adherence to SLAs, ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction.
