Product Development Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop new products compliant to client and regulatory requirements at the shortest time, quality, and competitive price in the market
- Conduct trials on existing products with or without modifications as required by clients.
- Conduct physicochemical analyses and stability studies on the results of trials.
- Conduct research to support modification of existing products.
- Coordinates closely with Product Introduction officer/Production for the scheduling of products for compression, encapsulation, capping, blistering, stripping, and other works related to the pilot batch of a particular product.
- Assists in the request of materials needed in the development and helps in follow-up Purchasing
- Participate in the conduct of problem solving analysis and design of experiments during product development.
- Conducts inventory of materials, finished products, glass wares, fixtures and books of the department
- Submits weekly reports to superior on accomplishments, plants, issues and concerns.
- Performs other duties assigned by Supervisor from time to time
Dispensing Pharmacist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Production Planner regarding Production schedule and priorities for dispensing.
- Ensures that all computations are equivalent to the weigh indicated from the BMR versus the actual weighing
- Validates if the Control Number of the Actual Raw Material used is the same with the Control Number indicated in the Batch Monitoring Record (BMR) and make sure that all tags are properly signed by the personnel and attached to its designated Raw Material to avoid mix ups.
- Ensures the expiration of each Raw Material is not out of date
- Conducts line clearance before and after dispensing of every batch and calibrates all weighing balance prior the start of Dispensing
- Submits weekly report to superior on accomplishments, plans, problems, issues and concerns.
- Ensures compliance to SOP, cGMP and ISO
Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures timely application and finalize preparation of documents for initial, renewal, amendment, PCPR and CLIDP product registration to FDA and all the necessary compliances associated to it during the application process (if applicable) at the same time ensure completeness and correctness of documents prior to checking and approval of Supervisors and Managers.
- Prepares documents needed for application of licenses and/or legal compliances such as CPR's and permits from FDA, PDEA or any government agencies.
- Prepares and submit batch notification documents to FDA for antibiotic products upon full completion of the batch as endorsed by QA Unit, Update reports upon receipt of the batch Notification approval from FDA
- Prepares and routes memo for the CPR receive whether initial, renewal, amendment, PCPR, CLIDP and ensure that notification of change is attach for whatever changes is being made/done.
- Regularly updates the database for CPR application tracking and CPR master list.
- Performs daily monitoring of FDA website for latest advisories and report to Supervisor for proper dissemination and evaluate and asses the impact of any FDA or regulatory memos, circulars or notices to the organization through a written memo or email.
- Provide Assistance to Regulatory Affairs/pharmacists of clients when required.
- Practice integrity in all business transactions most especially when representing the organization to regulatory agencies
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Pharmacy and must have a valid PRC license
- Possess good planning/ decision making and negotiation skills
- Experience either in Regulatory, Research and development and Dispensing is an advantage
- Analytical and proactive.
