This is where you and your skills come in. We are seeking a Web Producer to join our team and contribute to our top-tier Support site and self-service resources. 

We are seeking a web producer to join the web marketing team. This role involves overseeing the production and management of web content, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and engages our audience effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and engineering to deliver high-quality web experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, edit, and optimize web pages using content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager or Contentful

• Ensure web content is consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for search engines

• Implement and maintain SEO best practices, including meta descriptions, alt text, and keyword placement

• Manage the full web production process from concept to launch, including ongoing optimization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketing) to define project scopes and timelines

• Monitor web performance metrics to improve content strategy and user engagement

• Conduct quality assurance and test for cross-device and browser compatibility

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

• 3 years of experience in web production or digital content management

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

• Experience with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful)

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications
 

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered design

• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Figma

• Experience with project management tools like Monday and JIRA
