Position Overview: As a Production Crew Member at Dunkin', you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the store's production area. You will be responsible for preparing Dunkin's signature menu items, including donuts, muffin, and cookies, according to Dunkin's recipes and quality standards. Your attention to detail, adherence to food safety procedures, and ability to work collaboratively with team members will contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of all products meet Dunkin's standards.
  • Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times, including but not limited to hand washing, glove usage, and cleanliness of workstations.
  • Monitor inventory levels of production supplies and ingredients and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to management.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating deliveries of food and supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area, including washing dishes, sanitizing equipment, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service during peak hours.
  • Provide friendly and courteous customer service when interacting with guests at the production counter.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
