Service Crew have direct and hands-on contact with the products of S & L Fine Foods, Inc.. They are in charge of food preparation, customer service, processing cash, debit, credit and check transactions using a cash register or other point-of-sale system in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
● Balance the cash register, make change, record purchases, process returns, and scan items for sale.
● Handle food products including: cutting, weighing, packaging, pricing meats and cheeses, updating food displays etc.
● Prepare food products with utmost cleanliness, keep workstation and area clean, follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, and enact all necessary protocols to ensure the safety of the personnel, the customers, and the surrounding people in general.
● Provide assistance to customers through recommendations and food samples, and answering inquiries and requests..
● Endorse and sell products by supplying customers with accurate information about the S & L and its products in order for the customer to make product-related decisions.
● Provide principal customer service and act with utmost respect as representatives of the company.
● Have good communication, attention to detail, active listening skills, interpersonal skills customer service skills
● Be adaptable to changing circumstances
