EACOMM Corporation, an award-winning technology firm with over two decades of experience delivering custom software solutions, is looking for Software Development Associates to be deployed full-time to one of our clients. What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development.

Who You'll Work With

  • Internal: Software Development Supervisor
  • External: Primarily internal-facing role (no direct client interface)

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Knowledge & Skills

  • Familiarity with Agile or SCRUM methodologies.
  • Experience in version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong foundation in:
  • PHP, MySQL, GIT, Ajax, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS

Nice-to-Haves (a plus, but not required):

  • Cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure.
  • Front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
