Our client is redefining clean personal care with effective, high-performing formulas and a loyal community of customers. They are sold DTC, on Amazon, and in Target, and are seeking a CRO Manager to ensure every customer touchpoint — from the website to product detail pages — converts at the highest possible level.

This role focuses on turning traffic into customers, customers into repeat buyers, and data into measurable growth. The successful candidate will own optimization across the client's e-commerce platforms, ensuring that brand storytelling, creative execution, and funnel performance are seamlessly aligned.

What You'll Do

  • Audit and continuously improve the brand website to optimize homepage, PDPs, cart, and checkout flows for conversion and AOV.
  • Lead testing and experimentation (A/B, multivariate, UX) to validate hypotheses and lift conversion across desktop and mobile.
  • Optimize Amazon product pages — titles, images, bullets, A+ content, and storefront — using data, keyword insights, and creative testing.
  • Partner with our retail and marketing teams to ensure listings are fully optimized for visibility, conversion, and consistent brand presentation.
  • Build and manage dashboards to track performance across all channels — CVR, bounce rate, AOV, add-to-cart %, and repeat purchase.
  • Collaborate with creative, dev, and media teams to align ad messaging with on-site experience for a cohesive funnel.
  • Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, Shopify analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, and Data Studio to uncover drop-off points and customer behavior patterns.
  • Work closely with leadership to translate insights into actions that directly impact revenue growth.

Who You Are

  • 4–7 years of experience in CRO, eCommerce optimization, or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience optimizing Shopify sites, Amazon stores, and retail PDPs (Target, Walmart, Ulta, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, consumer psychology, and conversion metrics.
  • Analytical yet creative — you love running tests, digging into data, and crafting hypotheses that drive measurable lift.
  • Comfortable collaborating across marketing, dev, and design teams.
  • Fluent in A/B testing platforms (Google Optimize, Convert, Optimizely) and analytics tools.
  • Obsessed with efficiency, clean data, and delivering tangible results.
