Job Description Summary

As the US Contingent Hub project reaches stabilization and prepares for expansion into other regions, the Portfolio Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the regional roll-outs under the ERA initiative. This position transitions into a Program Office function, providing strategic and operational oversight across multiple deployments.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Establish and support the Program Office framework for multi-regional expansion, including governance, communication protocols, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement program-level policies aligned with organizational and regional goals.
  • Manage Contingent Hub operations by optimizing workflows, tracking milestones, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between regional teams, leadership, and support functions to ensure consistent execution and reporting across program phases.
  • Contribute to scalability planning and readiness assessments to facilitate smooth transitions during global program expansion.

About You:

  • Program Management Expertise: Proven experience in establishing governance frameworks, managing multi-regional initiatives, and implementing performance tracking systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to coordinate with diverse teams to develop and align policies with both organizational objectives and regional compliance needs.
  • Operational Excellence in HR Processes: Demonstrated capability in streamlining workflows, managing contingent workforce operations, and driving continuous improvement across global HR programs.
