About the role

Are you an Excel power-user looking to apply your skills and passion for data analysis? Fourleaf Development Group Corporation is seeking an Excel Specialist to join our team based in Imus City, Cavite. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting our business operations through advanced data analysis, reporting, and optimising our use of Excel.

What you'll be doing

  1. Analyse complex data sets and design customised spreadsheets and dashboards to deliver meaningful insights
  2. Automate repetitive tasks through the development of macros and VBA scripts
  3. Train and provide ongoing support to colleagues on the effective use of Excel
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements using Excel
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest Excel features and best practices to enhance our capabilities
  6. Assist with ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Proven expertise in Excel, including advanced formulas, data manipulation, and dashboard creation
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data
  3. Experience developing macros and VBA scripts to automate tasks
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support colleagues
  5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  6. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a quantitative or IT-related field
