  • Develops and implements measurable and winning action plans to achieves shop's target
  • Monitor sales performance against sales forecast
  • Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
  • Maintains teams job result by coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job result
  • Manages all store operational issues
  • Recommends and executes approved marketing programs at a store level
  • Oversee the implementation of customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction and efficient handling customer complains
  • Educates sales staff and customers in proper handling and usage of the products
  • Maintains customer database

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in any field
  • With at least 3 years experience in the same field
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Adequate interpersonal relationship skills
  • Computer Literate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
