Recruitment Assistant (BTL) MUST OWN A PERSONAL LAPTOP

Job Overview:

The Recruitment Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the hiring process for below-the-line (BTL) projects. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure the timely deployment of qualified staff for events, activations, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate applicants for BTL roles, including brand ambassadors, promotional personnel, and event staff.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
  • Maintain and update applicant databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand manpower needs and deployment timelines.
  • Assist in preparing pre-employment documents and requirements.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires assigned to projects.
  • Ensure prompt communication and follow-up with candidates and project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in BTL or field activation settings.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms.
  • Must own a personal laptop.
  • Willingness to work on-site and assist with field deployments as needed.
