GROUP FINANCE, TREASURY & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Overseeing Finance for 3 Companies – Engineering, Trading, Training

Location: Kalayaan Ave Quezon City

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30

I. ROLE SUMMARY

The role oversees Accounting, AP/AR, Payroll, Treasury, Tax Compliance, Financial Audit, and Purchasing Coordination across three companies.

Their mission is to create financial discipline, control cash flow, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide accurate financial information for business decisions.

III. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain accurate books for 3 companies
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
• Financial closing by Day 5 every month
• Costing by project / department
• Maintain chart of accounts & coding system
• Coordinate with CPA for audits & FS review

3. AP / AR Operations

AP (Payables)

• Supplier invoices, payment schedules
• Payment vouchers, withholding tax
• 3-way match: PO + DR + Invoice

AR (Receivables)

• Billing & invoicing
• Collection follow-ups
• AR aging & OR issuance

4. Payroll Management

• Check payroll accuracy & deductions
• Credit payroll & submit remittances
• Maintain payroll documents for audit

5. Treasury & Cash Flow

• Daily cash position report
• Bank reconciliation
• Fund allocation for 3 companies
• Cash forecast for 2 weeks ahead
• Approve executive budget requests

6. Financial Audit & Compliance

• Prepare year-end audit requirements
• Coordinate with CPA auditors
• Implement recommendations
• Ensure maintained documentation trail

7. Purchasing Coordination

• PR / PO flow compliance
• Budget checks before approval
• Supplier negotiation support
• Ensure purchasing documentation trail

V. SALARY RANGE (PHP / Month) ₱45,000 – ₱60,000O

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
