DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and update accounting records and files Analyze budgets and create expense reports

  • Oversee collection activities including but not limited to scheduling of collectors and checking their itinerary.
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Conduct month-end and year-end closures
  • In charge of account receivables
  • Act as team leader during monthly physical inventory.
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
  • Prepare check payment vouchers and 2307
  • Perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Education:

· At least Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accounting/Banking/Business Studies/Administration, of equivalent.

Work Experience:

· Preferably with experience in the related field but not required

Skills:

· With good oral communication and interpersonal skills.

· Customer service focus and eager to work on shifting schedules.

· Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS office).

· Knowledgeable in Hospital Information System (HIS).
