Job Descriptions:

  • Supervise and lead store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist the Store Manager in planning and implementing store strategies, promotions, and merchandising standards.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and recommend training as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store operating procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales, manpower, and store performance.
  • Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and proper documentation of transactions.
  • Ensure the store's cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
  • Take charge of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related course (preferred, but may consider equivalent retail supervisory experience).
  • At least 2–3 years of retail experience, hardware, sales or services.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
  • Customer-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in inventory management, sales reports, and basic retail operations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and make sound decisions.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and POS systems.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Preferably with background in hardware, home improvement, or general retail industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
