The Social Officer will support ESG goals by embedding ethical and people-centered practices across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold labor standards, human rights, and fair employment while supporting employee well-being and ensuring ethical sourcing and supplier practices.
  • Lead community engagement and CSR programs.
  • Monitor and report social sustainability performance in line with ESG standards.
  • Collaborate across functions to integrate social responsibility into business practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, human rights, and diversity practices.
  • Experience in CSR, ESG, or community engagement is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to report in BGC, Taguig and travel nationwide (plant visits) as needed.
