About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates, Cashiers and Stockmen to join our team at RRJ' in our Mactan Lapu-Lapu City Cebu store. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, Cashier or Stockman, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring our store runs smoothly during the busy holiday season. This is a full-time position based in our Mactan Lapu-Lapu City Cebu store.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and payments
  3. Restocking and organising products on the sales floor to maintain a neat and visually appealing store
  4. Supporting the store team with various operational tasks as needed
  5. Ensuring store policies and procedures are upheld at all times

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work well in a team
  3. Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
  4. Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure during busy periods
  5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
