The Accounting Assistant Intern will support the finance team in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliation. Responsibilities include assisting in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recording financial transactions and updating ledgers.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
  • Support bank reconciliation and account verification.
  • Organize and maintain financial records.
  • Assist in generating financial reports and statements.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Pay: Php200.00 per day
