Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the planning, shooting, and post-production of video content for brand social media and marketing campaigns (including short-form videos, interviews, event highlights, and product stories).
  • Independently develop creative video concepts and scripts to ensure content aligns with brand tone and marketing objectives.
  • Adapt video styles, pacing, and storytelling approaches to fit different platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to maximize engagement.
  • Stay up to date with video trends and content creation techniques, regularly proposing innovative ideas to enhance creative output and brand storytelling.
  • Manage shooting materials, project files, and production timelines to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in video shooting and lighting setup, familiar with various equipment (e.g., Sony / Canon mirrorless cameras, mobile videography).
  • Skilled in video editing and post-production software (such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
  • Strong aesthetic sense and storytelling ability, with an understanding of brand visual style and narrative flow.
  • Capable of scriptwriting, storyboarding, and independently executing shooting plans and on-site direction.
  • Sensitive to social media trends and able to propose creative directions that align with platform algorithms and audience preferences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external production partners.
  • Bonus Skills: Photography, color grading, sound design, or motion graphics experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
