Facilities Management Senior Manager

BASIC PURPOSE/JOB BRIEF

• To ensure all MEPF facilities services at Gaming, F&B & Retail areas are managed, maintained, and operated at optimum efficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• General management of AllMEPF facilities services.
• Be presentable and always maintain a pleasant demeanor.
• Managing the inputs of the various departments.
• Manage FM staff to ensure the successful delivery of MEPF facilities Review related correspondence, prepare responses, and follow ups with various departments, incl. trouble shooting and problem solving.
• Manage and review MEPF system facilities reporting.
• Certify certificates for payments by MEPF facilities Services vendors.
• Attend all department meetings as required.
• Manage MEPF facilities teams with general administration, document control, procedures, and maintenance scheduling.
• Provides regular updates to Facilities Management on upcoming and deferred preventive maintenance, work orders and histories, and vendor reports.
• Perform assessments on MEPF facilities services issues with equipment, perform troubleshooting with the technical team and analyze results to be able to identify and establish corrections, repairs, and maintenance plans.
• Perform Inspections, Testing and Maintenance Operations tasks.
• Coordinate, intercommunicate and inspect works of contractors/ vendors including planning, work calendar, maintenance, performance, and evaluation of contractors/vendors.
• As directed by the Head, VP & Director of Facilities Management:
• Manage MEPF works orders and coordinating with other departments.
• Manage purchase orders and stock requisitions.
• Manage and issue weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure efficient operations and maintenance, availability, reliability, and performance of all MEPF engineering systems including Auxiliary, and BMS systems.
• Implementing facility operations & process modifications for increased productivity and cost control and reduction.
• Handling property assets including tagging, inventory; checking purchase orders and deliveries received, documentation and validating SunTrust's tracking system.
• Coordinate space management including movement, and tracking.
• Coordinates all MEPF facilities activities with facilities team for all service requests, concerns and ensures issues are addressed and resolved with the "no time lost" disruption to the operations.
• Explore alternative options for supplies, products, and services to maintain high standards and to reduce expenses.
• Respond to any facilities and critical equipment related incident with the technicians promptly including emergencies as required.
• Performs a daily walk through and inspection of MEPF facilities for maintenance, housekeeping, defects, and scheduled repairs
• Submit report as required by local government agency.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• A Experience with the below aspects will be well regarded:
• Casino / Hotel / Retail Facilities.
• 5-star property maintenance.
• Building Asset Management Systems.
• Possess knowledge and/or experience in using tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned duties.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety and personal safety requirements
• Engineering Degree (Hospitality) Civil, Electrical and or Mechanical
• Facility Management & Administration
• Languages English, Tagalog, and Chinese (well regarded)
• General Management and Administration Duties
• Competent with Microsoft applications
• Use of computer aided control systems
• Use of BMS and Equipment maintenance scheduling and operations, including repairs and breakdown responses.
