Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve regional sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and create reports for upper management.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Qualification/s:

  • Preferably bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent;
  • With at least 2-3 years of experience in a sales management role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • With Telco experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
