Work Setup: Hybrid (2–4x a month RTO)

Schedule: Night Shift (starts at 9:00 PM)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support operational processes, automation initiatives, and training efforts
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures
  • Monitor issues and risks, escalate inconsistencies, and collaborate with leadership for resolution
  • Manage internal/external requests and update the platform accordingly
  • Evaluate and enhance macros, queries, dashboards, and automation logic
  • Contribute to platform enhancements and ad hoc operational projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ year experience in Financial Data Management
  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros)
  • Knowledge in operational data reconciliation and quality assurance

Must-Have Skills

  • 1+ year experience in Financial Data Management
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Dependability and discretion with confidential business information

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in operations, client service, or data analysis
  • Background in financial services industry
  • Exposure to Alternative Investments (Private Equity and Hedge Funds)
