-Assist the OH Doctor in attending to the medical needs of the employees working on the office and construction site.

-In the absence of the OH Doctor, may issue medicines based on standing medical orders and provide treatment during an emergency.

-Performs initial assessment and screening of all applicants.

-Schedule a consultation with accredited medical and dental specialists as necessary and prepare referral slips as ordered by the OH Doctor.

-Coordinate hospitalization of employees as needed.

-Prepare medicine requisition and ensure accurate inventory management of the medicines and medical supplies of the clinic.

-Prepare Monthly Medical Statistical Reports, Medical Expense Reports, and other reports required by the Head Office.

-Conduct health and safety inspections together with the plant Safety Committee.

-Conduct talks about the safety campaign, programs, and awareness during the toolbox meeting.

-Performs first aid treatment to the construction site workers when needed.

Job qualification:

-Registered Nurse with valid PRC License

-OHNAP Certificate.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email, and Reporting

-Willing to work 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Overtime when needed

-Willing to be deployed at Magalang, Pampanga, or different project site

-Willing to perform other duties required by the Construction Manager
