About the role

As a System Designer and Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge electrical and electronic systems that power our world-class renewable energy system operations. Based in our Quezon City office, this full-time position will see you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects that drive the ongoing success of our business.What you'll be doing

Designing, testing and implementing electrical and electronic control systems for our renewable energy system and supporting infrastructure

Overseeing the installation, configuration and maintenance electrical industrial control systems

Troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical and electronic issues to ensure uninterrupted energy system

Preparing detailed technical documentation, including schematics, specifications and operating manuals

Providing technical guidance and support to operational teams to ensure the effective utilization of our systems

Developing engineering procedures and standards for the efficient operation of the Engineering Department (to include project assignment, design, estimates, installation, systems commissioning, turn-over and monitoring)Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic EngineeringMust be a Registered Electrical EngineerMinimum 3 years' experience in system design and project engineering, ideally within solar energy and other renewable energy system

Strong technical skills in electrical and electronic engineering, including circuit design, programming and troubleshooting

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
