What You'll Do

Be part of our client's team as a Senior UI/UX Developer and design enterprise-grade applications with a focus on responsive, mobile-first experiences. You'll create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, conduct usability research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class solutions.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of enterprise/SaaS web applications
• Proficiency in Figma (preferred) and familiarity with Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Strong foundation in visual design and branding, including typography, color theory, and layout
• Proven experience designing feature-rich, high-performing web applications with a focus on usability
• Ability to create responsive, mobile-first designs
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterative design processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams

Desirable:

• Experience in start-up or fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, inclusive design principles)
• Knowledge of front-end technologies , HTML, CSS) for better collaboration with developers
• Experience creating or managing design systems in SaaS environments

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-grade web application UIs with a focus on responsive, mobile-friendly experiences
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet business and user needs
• Develop and maintain design systems and branding guidelines for consistent user experiences
• Produce visual and interactive prototypes in Figma and other design tools
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented effectively
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine design decisions
• Partner with product/marketing teams to maintain consistent brand identity across digital channels
• Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders clearly and engagingly
