Job Description Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in reconciliation, accounting, or financial analysis — ideally in Fintech, Banking, or Payments.
  • Experience in high-volume transaction environments (e.g., e-wallets, merchant settlements, or online lending).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Familiar with digital wallets, settlements, or payment systems.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced and data-driven setup.

Job Description Responsibilities

  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliations across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Investigate and resolve transaction mismatches or system variances.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Product, and Payment Gateway to correct data or process gaps.
  • Prepare reconciliation reports and support month-end close activities.
  • Help improve and automate reconciliation workflows.
