  • Assist with data entry and maintain databases related to graduate student information.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Help across forms related to admissions, graduateion, registration, and academic status.
  • Assist students with general questions about graduate program procedures.
  • Provide clerical support for faculty and administrators, including photocopying, scanning, and distribution of materials.
  • Support events like graduate student orientations, thesis defenses, and workshops by prepapring materials and coordinating logistics.
  • Maintain updated contact lists and distribute communications to graduate students and faculty.
  • Help coordinate communications between the graduate office and other university departments.
  • Assist in maintaining the graduate studies section of the university website or bulletin board.
