Product Lister

We are looking for a Product Lister to join our Operations team under the Automotive Keys Group account. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with a strong drive to maintain accurate and optimized online product listings.

The Product Lister will be responsible for adding, updating, and managing product data on our e-commerce platforms, ensuring listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with brand standards. You'll collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to gather product information, manage inventory updates, and identify upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update product listings, including SKU setup and product details.
• Identify and remove duplicate SKUs to maintain database integrity.
• Gather product information from vendors and the Purchasing Department for new listings.
• Monitor and update the status of pre-order and in-stock items.
• Add related and recommended products to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain and update brand pages with new or discontinued products.
• Input fitment data and establish SKU relationships for new listings.
• Collaborate with the Site Merchandiser to prepare new product promotions and vendor sales campaigns.
• Develop promotional bundles and related product groupings to support marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or a related field.
• Proficient in Shopify and Microsoft Excel (required).
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas during the night shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
