We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Lister to join our growing eCommerce support team for a US-based client. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives on accuracy, and wants to grow within the digital retail industry.

As a Product Lister, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of product listings, pricing, and catalog data across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform SKU mapping across internal systems to ensure accurate product alignment
  • Update pricing in master files based on vendor changes and margin targets
  • Collect competitive pricing data using tools like Price Mole or through manual research
  • Maintain and manage product spreadsheets with accurate data (SKU, cost, margin, etc.)
  • Flag discrepancies, missing data, and inconsistencies for review
  • Assign appropriate brands, tags, categories, and filters for product visibility
  • Support the Product Analyst and Leads with data validation, reporting, and catalog tasks

Who We're Looking For:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in product listing or catalog management
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with large datasets
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and proactive with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to follow structured processes with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
  • Familiarity with tools like Price Mole
  • Background in retail or product data management
