We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Travel Consultants - Night shift to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients plan and book their travel arrangements, while meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Attend to client inquiries regarding available travel options and pricing;

-Facilitating and generating sales by promoting travel products and services to clients:

-Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals;

-Maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist clients effectively and answer questions confidently;

-Organize and maintain accurate flight preferences and booking information, while ensuring data accuracy throughout the entire process;

-Providing extended service by ensuring clients are happy and satisfied with our services from start to finish, ensuring long-term cooperation via excellent client service and problem-resolution skills;

-Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • with al least 2 yrs of BPO/Call Center Experience.
  • Having travel sales experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Ability to work independently with great attention to detail;
  • Ability to work onsite (Night shift);
  • Sales and Travel experience is a plus but not required.
