Implement total quality work and overall health safety. Coordinate with designers and consultants concerning on-site conditions, design issues, and revisions. Attend technical coordination meetings with contractors and utility providers to address issues and concerns during site implementation. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Job Requirements:Must be a Registered Civil Engineer. 1-2 years of related experience. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Project Management. Involve in tender work and assist the tender team to develop schemes. Design for fit-out works. Coordinate with Design Consultants and Contractors. Evaluate estimates/quotations from contractors. Evaluate progress billing statements issued by contractors. Prepare as-built drawings as per site conditions and changes. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Job Requirements:Graduate of BS Architecture. Licensed Architect with at least 2 years of experience. Knowledgeable in project scheduling, cost estimate, and site supervision. Knowledgeable in project documentation.
