Bookkeepers:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a General Bookkeeper.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Tax Accountants:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is required.
  • Proven experience as a Tax Accountant or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian tax laws, including income tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), fringe benefits tax, and other relevant legislation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience working in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable is highly desirable, but some entry-level positions may be available for candidates with limited experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with accounting software and systems commonly used for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills as client communication will be required
  • Good team player attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent working PC/Laptop
  • Reliable wired internet connection (A speed test is required)
